  • Building size: 98’ x 70’
  • Haunch purlins support 30lbs/ft sprinkler system
  • Over 41’ clearance at the peak
  • Worked with customer and equipment manufacturers to provide proper
    clearances in a restrictive site and footprint
  • 1’6” eaves with closed soffits for ventilation control
  • Three 16’ x 16’ steel coil manual chain hoist-operated overhead doors
  • Four service doors
  • Supplied ventilation and lights certified for Class 1/Division 2 Hazardous
  • Legacy designed and installed foundation
  • 35 lb ground snow load, 90 mph wind load, fully exposed, standard
  • Building use: Liquefied natural gas processing
