The Legacy Building Solutions team designed and constructed this custom 58,800 sq ft tension fabric fertilizer storage building in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Our team of designers, developers and builders creates unique, custom fabric building solutions for a wide variety of uses.

  • 140 feet x 420 feet with attached 40-foot x 180-foot lean-to
  • Hot dip galvanized steel frame; stainless steel cables
  • 30,000 metric ton capacity
  • Trusses support at least 713 lb. conveyor weight per lineal foot
  • Two 40-foot interior openings with jack beam headers
  • Separated areas for 12,025 mt phosphate, 9,360 urea and 8,749 mt YaraVera
  • Four framed and wrapped doorways
  • 1.5-foot overhangs with ventilation
  • Twelve 48-inch-square mesh end wall vents
  • RV3000 roof vents
  • Design loads include 36 lb. ground snow, 17.9 lb. roof snow and 20.9 lb. live load
